We are always interested in meeting people who are curious about investing, entrepreneurship and the world of private markets. As we continue building one of Europe’s leading private markets platforms, we are looking for people who bring ambition, ownership and a genuine interest in what we do.

As we move forward in the process, we take a deeper dive into the role and how you could contribute to the team. During this stage, you may meet additional colleagues and gain a broader perspective on the responsibilities, the way we collaborate and what it is like to work at Marktlink Capital.
These conversations allow us to explore your experience and way of thinking in more depth, while also giving you the opportunity to ask further questions and learn more about the team and the environment you would be joining.
We hope to give you a clear idea of what a typical day looks like at Marktlink Capital.
When we both feel there is a strong match, we will present you with an offer to join Marktlink Capital. The offer outlines the role, compensation and other key details, and we will take the time to walk you through everything and answer any questions you may have.
We benchmark our salaries against industry standards to ensure our offers remain competitive. In addition to a strong base salary, we offer a range of secondary benefits, including unlimited holidays, a company ski trip, pension contributions, a bonus structure and the opportunity to invest in our funds at favourable conditions.
Once we have aligned on the terms, we finalize the agreement and officially welcome you to the team.
Once the contract is signed, we will warmly welcome you aboard and start our onboarding process. In your first days, you will be extensively guided by the team and introduced to how Marktlink Capital operates. We will take the time to walk you through our business, our platform and the people you will be working with.
As part of the onboarding, you will also take part in two company days together with other new starters. These days combine informative sessions about the company with opportunities to connect, move, and take on a few fun challenges together.
From there, you will gradually step into your role, build your network within the firm and start taking ownership of your work.
We are interested in how you think, what drives you, and how you approach real-world challenges. You will receive clear guidance on what to expect ahead of your interviews. In short, focus on what matters: showing your thinking, asking sharp questions, and engaging in a meaningful conversation.

For full-time investment professionals a finished masters degree in finance or equivalent education is mandatory. For all the other positions (incl. internships) please take a look at the requirements per job.
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer any relocation packages.
