We’re looking for ambitious master’s students (at any stage of their studies) or bachelor’s students in the final 3–4 months of their degree to join us as Fund Administration & Finance Intern starting from October 1st. This 4-to-6 month, full-time internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fund operations, finance, and investor administration within a fast-growing investment firm.

Your responsibilities
As part of the Fund Administration & Finance team, you’ll work closely with colleagues across operations, finance, and investor relations. You’ll gain valuable exposure to the inner workings of PE & VC fund management and help ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant financial administration.
Your responsibilities will include, among other things:
Assist with day-to-day fund administration activities, including transaction recording, reconciliations, and data entry.
Support the preparation of quarterly and annual fund reports for investors and internal stakeholders.
Help monitor capital calls, distributions, and cash flows across multiple funds.
Collaborate with accounting partners and custodians to verify financial data accuracy.
Contribute to the improvement and automation of reporting processes.
Prepare supporting documentation for audits, valuations, and financial reviews.
Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support decision-making and management reporting.
Work with both finance and data teams to ensure the integrity and accessibility of fund-related data across systems.
