Due to our strong growth, we are immediately looking for a Medior Investor Relations Officer to support and further enhance our compliance framework and investor due diligence, based in our newest office in CitySide Amsterdam.
As a Medior Investor Relations Officer, you play an important role in supporting our compliance with regulatory standards and safeguarding our investment processes. You act as a key intermediary between our firm and its investors, ensuring that all due diligence is performed accurately and efficiently. You help keep internal stakeholders informed of any potential risks or compliance issues related to our investors, enabling them to focus on managing and expanding strong, secure investment relationships.
Perform investor onboarding and ongoing monitoring in accordance with established procedures
Prepare and maintain up-to-date Investor Review Forms in line with company policies and procedures
Ensure investor profiles in the online portal are complete and kept current
Work in accordance with procedures to ensure subscriptions and documentation are processed accurately
Assist with risk analysis and maintain client dossiers
Proactively contribute to improving processes and procedures
Collaborate with internal teams and external specialists, and support internal audit
Your profile
You have a master’s degree in law or another relevant field
You have 2–5 years of CDD-relevant work experience
You have a strong sense of responsibility and take ownership of your work
You are naturally curious and think outside the box
You are a strong communicator with a team-oriented mindset
You have an analytical and critical mindset
You are able to work independently
You have a strong command of the English language; Dutch is a plus
